About Me
I have over 20 years of clinical, management and medical record review experience. I am a Masters prepared nurse, a legal nurse consultant and an inductee of the National Society of Leadership and Management. As a Utilization Management Nurse and a Clinical Associate Manager, I have reviewed more than a thousand medical records – determining medical necessity, creating case review summaries and timelines of events, identifying gaps in care and reviewing inpatient admissions and level of care. I believe that Passion is my defining characteristic allowing me to maintain a positive mindset, create partnerships with a purpose, and always strive for significant outcomes.
